FF&E management process starts from the effective selections, specifications and procurement of all fixed and lose furniture, fixtures, operational supplies, operational equipment required for any project. This is achieved through the diligent collaboration with the client to achieve their project ideas, the designers to specify the items, the manufactures, the suppliers and logistics teams to bring any items where it belongs.
Project Close-out and Sign-off
At perfect jobs we are keen on finishing well and have gathered valuable insights on what it takes to finish well. We are capable to provide adequate support in project assessment with ta view to completing and handing over for occupancy and use. We collaborate with all stake holders in identifying the terms of engagement and certifications required to complete the handover of any project or property including local authority codes and regulations.
